The silica ore was off white in color, with quartz as its main mineral and Fe2 O3 rust film along the ore cracks. Quartz ore texture was fine - grained, the ore structure was a massive structure, and the ore type was vein quartz.

Guote oversaw all aspects of the project, from design and research, complete equipment manufacturing and procurement, commissioning.

    Raw Material Feeding & Iron Removal: Raw silica ore is lifted by bucket elevator into buffer bin, then quantitatively fed via belt weigh feeder. Drum magnetic separator removes iron impurities to upgrade raw material purity.

    Ultra-Fine Grinding: Purified silica material enters ball mill for fine grinding, crushing coarse ore into silica powder.

    Air Classification & Powder Collection: Ground powder flows into airflow classifier to separate qualified fine flour; oversized coarse particles circulate back to ball mill for regrinding. Qualified fine powder is concentrated and collected by cyclone collector.

    Automatic Packing: Collected finished silica flour is weighed and bagged automatically by the packing machine for finished product output.

    Dust Treatment & Air Circulation: Pulse dust collector filters residual fine dust from exhaust air to meet environmental standards. Induced draft fan supplies stable negative pressure for the whole closed air system.

PROJECT RESULT

In the first phase of the project, the grade of fine silicon powder SiO2 was 99.95%; the grade of secondary silicon fine powder SiO2 was 97.55%; the yield of fine silicon powder was 69.92%; the yield of secondary silicon fine powder was 30.08; and the recovery rates of silicon powder and secondary silicon powder were 70.43% and 29.57, respectively. In the second phase of the project, the SiO2 grade of fine silicon powder was 99.99%; the yield of fine silicon powder was 95%; and the recovery rate of fine silicon powder was 95.04%.
